HDR has a bad reputation amongst "serious" photographers because it's so wide spread, and so many people use it excesively to give their photos an odd and unnatural look, with strange halos around the edges. hell, I know that - I've done it myself in the beginning! but you learn, try harder, fail, try again. I know this doesn't look 100% realistic, but it's because of the enhanced colours (which I like and want that way), and not because the dynamic range is all screwed up.
